You've accomplished a lot, and yet something still feels off. Individual therapy gives you a dedicated space to explore what's beneath the surface, reconnect with yourself, and start building the life you actually want.

Maybe you've been pushing through, handling everything at work, showing up for everyone around you, but lately you've started to notice something is missing. You might feel anxious without knowing why, disconnected from your partner or friends, or just stuck in patterns you can't seem to break.

In our work together, I combine talk therapy with somatic (body-based) awareness. That means I'm not just listening to your words. I'm also paying attention to what your body is telling us. Sometimes the breakthrough comes not from figuring things out intellectually but from finally feeling what you've been carrying.

My style is warm and direct. I'll challenge you when it's helpful and hold space when that's what you need. This isn't about fixing you; there's nothing broken. It's about helping you reconnect with the version of yourself that's been waiting to come forward.
