Talking about sex, even with a therapist, can feel vulnerable. I want you to know that whatever you're experiencing, whatever questions you have, you're welcome here. There's nothing you can say that will shock me, and there's no "normal" you need to measure yourself against.
Sex therapy can address a wide range of concerns: desire discrepancies in your relationship, pain or discomfort during sex, questions about identity or orientation, the impact of trauma on intimacy, or simply wanting a more fulfilling sexual life. These are not small things; they're deeply connected to how you feel about yourself and your relationships.
My approach is body-informed and relationally focused. We'll explore not just the physical aspects but the emotional and relational layers that influence your sexual experience. Whether you're coming in as an individual or with a partner, I'll create a space where you can be honest, curious, and compassionate with yourself. I am certified in Sex Therapy through the California Institute of Integral Studies.
