This website is operated by Allison Zamani, JD, MA, a licensed psychotherapist practicing in California (LPCC #9250), Wisconsin (LPC #113360125), and Colorado (LPC #0017813). This website provides information about my therapy practice and is intended for general informational purposes only.
Not a Substitute for Therapy
The content on this website — including text, descriptions of services, and blog posts if applicable — is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute therapy, counseling, medical advice, or a therapeutic relationship. No therapist-client relationship is formed by visiting this website or submitting a contact form.

Contact Forms and Communication
Submitting a contact form or sending an email through this website does not establish a therapist-client relationship. While I make every effort to respond promptly, I cannot guarantee a response within a specific timeframe. Email and contact form submissions are not secure methods of communication and should not be used to share sensitive or confidential information.
Scheduling and Cancellation
Therapy sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. I have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or miss a session with less than 48 hours' notice, the full session fee applies. Specific scheduling and fee details will be provided during your consultation and outlined in the informed consent documents.
Payment
Session fees are due on the day of each session and are processed through IvyPay. I do not accept insurance directly but can provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. A limited number of sliding-scale spots are available for demonstrated financial need.

Limitation of Liability
