I'm licensed in three states (California, Wisconsin, and Colorado) which means I can see clients wherever they are within those states. Most of my clients choose virtual sessions for the flexibility, and many find that the depth of the work is just as powerful on screen as it is in person.
Virtual Sessions
Virtual therapy happens over a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. All you need is a private space and a reliable internet connection. Many clients appreciate being able to do a session from home or their office without the commute, and some find they're actually more comfortable opening up in their own space.
In-Person Sessions
For clients in the Madison, Wisconsin area, I offer in-person sessions as well. There's something valuable about being in the same room; the energy of physical presence can add a dimension to the work, especially for somatic therapy. If you're local and curious about in-person, let's talk about it during your consultation.
What Matters Most
Whether we work together virtually or in person, the quality of the relationship is what drives the healing. The modality is secondary. I've seen profound breakthroughs happen on a screen, and I've seen them happen face to face. What matters is that you feel safe, seen, and supported. That's something I'm committed to regardless of format.
If you're unsure which option is right for you, we can discuss it during your free consultation. There's no pressure, just an honest conversation about what would serve you best.
