In your busy life, you’ve often had to push past anxiety, poor nights of sleep, feeling overwhelmed, and other emotions to get the job done. And your body often ends up holding onto those emotions that you haven’t been able to release directly.
As a somatic therapist, I notice what’s happening with your body when you speak.
How your chest gets tight.
How your breath gets short.
How talking about certain things impacts your ability to be present.
You’ll also start to notice what your body is holding. And together, we’ll work to let it go.
